moxie's bar

As you may be aware from years past .. part of my coping mechanisms are to create soaps in memory of loved ones lost. I’m devastated to have had to do moxies bar But I couldn’t have created a bar better to honor her.

I decided to make a bar with baked sweet potato in it.. and I sure did make it the sweetest smelling soap I could possibly create. …nowhere near as sweet as her.. but I think she’d approve her last treat before we said goodbye for now was lemon cake that she wanted so badly the night before. So there’s a hint of lemon mixed into this blend of Madagascar vanilla, caramelized sucanat sugar, and warm sweet spices.

Mox was a sparkly girl.. …she had a shimmering aura and glittery everything .. it just radiated out of her as soon as you’d meet her. She had the biggest, best, purest heart.

So I made moxies bar a little extra sparkly with her favorite ball toy and little gold hearts on top. .. stamped with a shiny paw print. She was special. Man was she so special. I’m going to miss my girl so so very much.
