shipping policy

All bodygoodies domestic orders are sent via USPS priority mail only, we use flat rate and/or regional boxes which ensure a tracking number for reassurance. The post office determines how many days your order will arrive based on our location verses yours when you place your order. This timeline begins AFTER your order is picked up by them at our location.  Please do not confuse this with the estimated delivery time given to you when you place your order. Certain areas may take longer due to location.

When ordering: Please consider these factors:

  1. Order processing: Please allow one week for us to prepare and ship your package. Please note there will be a delay in the processing of your order on weekends as there is no postal service on sunday and our store is closed on monday.
  2. Extreme weather conditions: Please note that under extreme weather conditions our store will close on regular business days.
  3. Transmit time: The time it takes for your package to leave our facilities and arrive at your local carrier.
  4. International orders: international orders are given the option to select PRIORITY or FIRSTCLASS mail. The price may be significantly different depending on the weight and distance of the destination.
  5. Due to our shipping process, we are unable to combine multiple orders into one package. Each order placed is its own separate entity weather it was placed by the same person or going to the same location. Orders may not be combined and/or split and sent to two seperate locations.

Shipping promotion policies:

  1. bodygoodies will occasionally run special event shipping promotions which apply only to specific date/times. If you’ve missed this event, we cannot refund or extend our promotion to your previously or later placed order.

Although bodygoodies does our best to safely secure/package your products, we have no control over how they are handled once they leave our location. In the event you should happen to receive damaged goods, please email us info.bodygoodies@gmail.com or call us 330-506-9866 so we can arrange replacement.
